Welcome to Department of Information Technology of Institute of Medicine Tribhuvan University.Fulfilling a greater need of the IOM to have its own information technology center, the Dean of IOM has established this new department. In this age of Global Village, the need to excel in one's own objectives is assisted only by information technology.

The Department of Information Technology will assist in fulfilling IOM's main goal which  is to excel in Medical Education, Service and Research. It will also help all the faculties and staffs of IOM who are interested in medical world in all matters of information technology. We are ready with our Faculty room and the services, so I request all to visit and use our facilities. Please also feel free to give your valuable suggestion in developing and improving the department.

IOM Department has brought out a new E-BULLETIN as well as WEB CONFERENCING which is our latest  E-BULLETIN will be published once every two months and will contain news, views and programs of the departments. So feel free to submit any materials you wish to be published in the next issue of the bulletin. Also, feel free to give your valuable suggestions for any improvement.
